Product Design
We can either craft a product for you from the ground up or provide you with a team of designers tailored to your needs. Below, you can view the stages of our process.
Research
At the core of our process, we thoroughly examine the key aspects of your business model and user needs. Through evidence-based decision-making, we eliminate vague assumptions, gathering insights to support subsequent actions.
This stage unfolds in three steps: a comprehensive briefing to align the project's vision, goals, and business requirements; user research to ensure the product's usefulness and effectiveness from the user's perspective; and a design benchmark to analyze similar products, design patterns, and industry technologies.
The Research stage empowers us to leverage existing expertise and differentiate features and design in the market while ensuring a perfect fit for your customers.
Ideation
At the heart of the creative process, we develop a product approach that aligns with both user needs and the business model, forming the foundation for the product's concept. This collaborative stage involves close cooperation between the UX designer, product designer, and product owner.
This stage encompasses four key steps: mapping the user journey by outlining user actions and scenarios; utilising a decision matrix to prioritise user and product goals while considering the current stage of the product's life cycle; crafting wireframes to establish page structure and navigation flow, ensuring interface usability and reducing design time; and finally, creating a mood board to ensure the desired user experience is conveyed through the product's look and feel, aligning with the user profile and market strategy.
Execution
We breathe life into the concept and transform it into a tangible reality. This stage centers around the product designer's expertise in translating the defined concept into a visual representation.
The process unfolds in three key steps: creating a style guide that establishes the graphic interface's visual elements, including color palette, fonts, image style, input fields, buttons, and more, ensuring consistency across the application; crafting a graphic user interface design (GUI) by applying the style guide to the wireframes, resulting in the final appearance of the screens; and developing a click-through prototype to facilitate valuable feedback from stakeholders, potential users, and investors.
Technical Assessment
We ensure that all requirements and generated ideas are not only well-defined but also realistic and feasible for implementation. This stage focuses on evaluating the work done thus far within the constraints of time and budget.
The process involves two essential steps: establishing a high-level architecture that outlines the technical foundations and required skills to build the product; and creating a project plan that outlines major milestones, project structure, phases, intersections, and interdependencies, providing a comprehensive overview of the project's execution.
